A multi-unit residential development is now under construction in Greenway. This new development will provide 25, 2-bedroom dwellings, on a green field site in this southern Canberra suburb.
The dwellings include a range of apartments, two-storey townhouses, and single-storey accessible dwellings, with associated landscaping and car parking. A key aspect of the site layout was to maximise solar access for each dwelling, balanced with adequate car parking, privacy, and good amenity for both internal living areas and private, external spaces.
